John Keister: Board Director
Mr. Keister is the President and Director of Marchex, a publicly traded local search and advertising company based in Seattle. He has served as President since December 2003 and as a member of the Marchex Board of Directors since its inception in January 2003. He also served as Chief Operating Officer from January 2003 until January 2009. Mr. Keister was previously a founder of Go2Net and served as its President from 1999 until its merger with InfoSpace in October 2000. He also served as a member of the Board of Directors of Go2Net and as its Chief Operating Officer from 1996 to 1999. Mr. Keister received B.A. degrees in Philosophy and in Diplomacy & World Affairs from Occidental College.

Chris Ackerley: Board Director
Chris Ackerley is a co-founder of venture fund Ackerley Partners. Mr. Ackerley has also served as President of The Ackerley Group, Inc. where he oversaw operations of the national media and entertainment company. He served in a variety of roles for the company for more than 15 years, was a member of the company’s board of directors, and co-led the merger of The Ackerley Group with Clear Channel Communications, Inc. in a stock transaction valued at $850 million. Mr. Ackerley started his professional career with Bank of America in London, after attending the University of Arizona.

Dr. Michael Parkinson: Strategic Advisor
Dr. Parkinson is the President of the American College of Preventive Medicine. He most recently was EVP and Chief Health and Medical Officer of Lumenos, a pioneer of consumer-driven health plans that sold to WellPoint in 2005 for $185 million. Mike developed and implemented an integrated health improvement strategy employing evidence-based prevention, care management, benefit design, employer partnership and consumer engagement. A retired Air Force colonel, Mike was responsible for health policy and planning for over 2 million people, with a $4 billion budget, and received the Air Force Legion of Merit. Mike received his AB from Cornell University, his MD from George Washington University, and his MPH from Johns Hopkins, where he received the Distinguished Recent Graduate Award from the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health.

Dan Nye: Strategic Advisor
Mr. Nye is the former CEO of LinkedIn, the innovative professional networking service. Prior to managing the explosive growth of LinkedIn, he served as EVP and GM of Advent’s Investment Management business line, and VP and GM of the Small Business Division at Intuit. Also at Intuit, Dan was VP and GM of the International Division, and Director of Marketing for Small Business Products and Services. Dan began his career in brand management at Procter and Gamble, and is a graduate of Harvard Business School and Hamilton College.

Bill Bryant: Strategic Advisor
Bill Bryant has had early and instrumental involvement in over 20 leading software and Internet companies. He is currently a board member of ACL and Pluggd, and an advisor to Medio Systems and Mixxer (both of which he co-founded), Blist, Liquid Planner, Cascadia Capital and WinShuttle. Previously, Bill was co-founder, CEO and Chairman of Qpass, President of Netbot, and a Partner at Atlas Ventures. In the early ‘90s, he was the founding VP of worldwide sales and marketing at Visio Corporation. Bill has consulted extensively with Microsoft, Real Networks, Getty Images and Corbis, and has been an angel investor in numerous companies, including Loudeye, Singing Fish, Exstatic Software, mInfo and Conenza. He received his BA, MBA, and his PhD Candidacy in Business Strategy, all from the University of Washington.

Mr. Williams is Managing Partner at Atlas Accelerator, the largest startup accelerator in the Pacific Northwest. Before Atlas Accelerator, Brant was founder and CEO of startup sales engine Tenacious Offense, and served as Director of Business Development at Amazon.com. At Amazon, Brant forged new businesses including health & personal care, gourmet food, apparel, sporting goods, beauty, musical instruments, home & garden and auto parts. He has also been in senior sales roles at Real Networks and Future Shop. He studied Business & Marketing at the University of Washington.

Mr. Alberg founded and served as CTO for the leading web-based benefits management company Employease, which sold to ADP in 2006 for $160 million. At ADP, John is responsible for all ADP Employease Technology offerings including Technology Operations and Engineering. Mr. Alberg came to ADP Employease after serving as a senior consultant in the advanced computation practice of Booz, Allen & Hamilton. He is a published author on neural network technologies and artificial intelligence, and graduated from Williams College with a bachelor's degree in mathematics.
