Henry brings expertise and passion for building, marketing and selling easy-to-use software. Prior to founding Limeade, Henry was VP of Product Management at Bocada, a global enterprise reporting company. Henry held various senior Product, Brand and Business Management positions at Intuit, launching several new business initiatives for the QuickBooks® brand. He earned his MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and his BA in Economics and Literature cum laude from Claremont McKenna College.

Prior to joining Limeade, Chris managed the design, implementation, measurement and sales of enterprise wellness solutions at ClearPoint, a progressive national employee benefits consultancy. Prior to ClearPoint, Chris worked with Sun Financial Group designing and supporting insurance solutions for self-insured employers. Chris earned his AB degree in History from Princeton University.

Erick has a passion for bringing revolutionary software as a service (SaaS) to the enterprise. He is an expert in agile UML-driven development, application & data integration, social software and web 2.0 technologies. Prior to co-founding Limeade, Erick co-founded Mongoose Technology (PortalStudio, RealCommunities) and ProtoSoft (Paradigm Plus acquired in '95 by Platinum Technology). Erick served as VP of Product Integration for Platinum through its rampant growth and acquisition by Computer Associates. Erick studied Computer Science at the University of Houston, Clear Lake.

Prior to joining Limeade, Laura spent nine years designing and managing psychometric assessments and leading enterprise HR teams as Director of People research at Microsoft. She developed Microsoft’s first leadership competency model, built multiple large-scale assessment techniques and processes, and conducted individual assessments of senior executives. She earned her PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Old Dominion University, and her BS in Psychology from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
